At BabyOuts, the sanctity of your little one’s happiness and safety is not just a priority; it is our prime directive. We engage in a rigorous ritual of packing - ensuring every soft toy is cocooned perfectly - so they arrive in a state of pristine, cuddly perfection.

However, we acknowledge the chaotic nature of logistics.

On rare occasions, the unpredictable friction of transit may cause an anomaly. To maintain a process that is both equitable and transparent, we have established a precise protocol regarding returns and replacements.

Return & Replacement Protocol

1. The Eligibility Criteria:

Let us be direct regarding the dictates of hygiene. Because our products are intimate companions destined for the hands and faces of infants, we cannot - and will not - accept returns based on "change of mind" or capricious personal preference. The risk is simply too high.

We accept returns exclusively under one condition: The product has arrived in a verified damaged or defective state.

2. The "Unboxing Video" Mandate (Non-Negotiable):

To validate a claim of damage, we require forensic proof. We operate on a trust-but-verify basis.

You must provide a continuous, unedited Unboxing Video.

  • The Requirement: The lens must capture the package before the seal is broken. It must track the entire opening process. It must clearly reveal the product being extracted and explicitly zoom in on the damage.
  • The Consequence: Without this visual evidence, we are strictly unable to process your request.
    • No video? No return.
    • This protocol is essential to ensure the authenticity of every claim.

3. The Temporal Window:

Time is of the essence. Any damage or defect must be flagged to our support squad within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please Note: Claims lodged after this 48-hour horizon has vanished will be deemed ineligible.

4. Item Integrity:

To qualify for a replacement, the item must remain a "ghost" - unused, in its original housing, with all tags stubbornly attached.

How to Initiate a Replacement?

If fate has delivered a damaged companion, execute the following steps:

  • Record: Ensure your mandatory unboxing video is secured.
  • Capture: Snap high-resolution photographs of the specific damage and the external packaging.
  • Contact: Transmit your evidence via email to outsbaby@gmail.com Or 9555724739 through whatsapp within the 48-hour window.
    • Required Data: Order ID, Unboxing Video, Photos.

The Resolution: Once your proof is audited and approved, we will orchestrate the immediate dispatch of a pristine replacement of the exact same item.

At BabyOuts, we understand that waiting is the hardest part of desire. Waiting for a new soft toy? That is an eternity in kid-time. We work tirelessly to expedite this joy.

Here is the architecture of how we deliver happiness to your doorstep.

1. Processing Velocity

The Window: The logistical ballet begins immediately. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding the pause of Sundays and Public Holidays). The Signal: You will receive a digital alert (Email or SMS) the moment your order is sealed and handed over to our courier partners.

2. Logistics & Financials

We entrust your packages to reliable courier networks to ensure safe passage.

  • Timeline: Standard delivery typically spans 3 to 7 business days, contingent on your geographical coordinates.
  • The Cost of Transit:
    • Orders above ₹500: We absorb the cost. FREE Shipping.
    • Orders below ₹500: A standard logistical fee of ₹120 applies.
  • A Gentle Caveat: Delivery times are estimates. While we aim for precision, delays may stem from the whims of weather, the rush of festivals, or unforeseen logistical entanglements.

3. The Tracking Pulse

Once the package departs our facility, you will be armed with a Tracking Number. Use this digital key to monitor your package's odyssey toward your home.

  • Patience Required: Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking systems to sync and update after you receive your notification.

4. Accuracy is Key

Please inspect your address details with a hawk’s eye. Ensure the Pin Code and Phone Number are flawless.

  • Responsibility: BabyOuts cannot be held liable for deliveries that fail due to incomplete cartography provided by the customer.
  • The Cost of Error: If a package boomerangs back to us due to an incorrect address, the re-shipping costs fall upon the customer.

5. The Integrity of the Box

As stated in our Return Policy, be vigilant upon arrival. If the outer packaging looks ravaged, crushed, or tampered with - do not accept the delivery. Instruct the courier to mark it as "Damaged/Refused" and alert us immediately.

  • Crucial Reminder: If you do accept the package, you must record that Unboxing Video to retain any right to claim damages later.
